I loved it, its staff and location. The bar was perfect for breakfast.

I enjoyed staff and rooms, as well as every other detail. Comfortable beds, central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

The reason we liked it was great staff and location. The restaurant was good with excellent food, we ordered appetising dishes.

It has amazing staff and location for a perfect 10/10 stay at this hotel.

The property overall was spotless and beautifully appointed, had NICE staff and location. The property was set in a tranquil area. Bed was amazing, and the room itself was comfy. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was beautiful.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Santiago, had much fun. The room was super, good modern with classic decor like the rest of the hotel. Even though you guys made our stay nice, beds were horrible. Employees were gorgeous and warm. Airport was 20 minutes drive away.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was a bit slow.

No complains at all, enjoyed this place and recommend. The pool was heated, absolutely excellent breakfasts. The hotel was near Casa de La Moneda as well as shopping streets thanks to its impeccable location.

Fantastic stay in the safe area. Very spacious rooms, polite staff, really great beds. They had super breakfast with good choice of items to choose from.

The hotel's location was central. For evening meal I visited Restaurant Bristol, since it was next door to the venue. Standard twin room included a mini-bar, a heating system and a sitting area. Besides, I parked the car onsite.

We loved the comfort and staff, everything was ready for our trip. Taste the food in Restaurant Bristol, you only need to walk 100 feet to reach it. Parque metropolitano de santiago was in close proximity to the hotel. A short walk to universidad catolica metro stop, some 5 minutes walk.
